Return Policy
All sales are final.
Returns/Refunds only allowed on defective product within 30 days of sale and are subject to testing and verification. All returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on current price, and must be completed within 15 days of the date of invoice. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refund after 30 days.
All order shortages must be reported to Datastream support within 2 days of receiving order, no exceptions.
