The RND2150 from from Netgear is a 2bay network storage enclosure that will grow as your needs do. The 2 hot swappable bays support SATA and SATA II hard drives. A 500GB drive is already installed and configured so you're ready to go right out of the box. Add capacity beyond the hard drives with the 3 USB 2.0 ports or you attach a printer and let the print server handle your network's print jobs. There is a 256MB memory module to speed up operations. This enclosure uses the XRAID technology to futureproof your system. Add drives as necessary and swap out smaller drives for larger as your needs increase. XRAID will handle it all automatically no more buying a second enclosure full of drives and transferring all of the data manually. The ReadyNAS is also a fully featured media server with UPnP AV support.
