I have about 75 of these installed at various customer's locations. Works VERY well. I have found the company is pretty good at supporting the product. I recently sent back an older model unit that was not working properly and they sent me an L130 to replace it. I have had only a few go bad which were handled fine. A few died within 30 days and Tiger shipped out new ones. The price is really nice now too. Great product!

I like this product, what I do not like is the compoany!!! I purchased several units from this company and all of the sudden they stop supporting the model that I purchased, wich leaves me with the only option of purchasing the newer model and using the older models for paper weights. I can only say that if you want to purchace alot of units from this company (ncomputing) then be prepaired to repurchase any up-graded units that they come out with, or else you will be left with alot of paper weights.

This produce works surprisingly well. It is essentially doing a VNC connection to the server. I had it working on both Windows and Linux. I plan to get a rack full of servers and have my entire development team in Costa Rica working directly off the L130. Plus they have no direct access to hard drives, CDRoms, USB ports, etc. which is great for security!
