Bought this from Tigerdirect. Have a hardtime at first installing but soon I realized that my Norton Internet Security Software is the culprit. As soon as I switch-off the auto-protection, Boom, the installation wizard runs without a hitch and automatically connected me to my ISP. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this modem to replace my D-Link DSL-3001modem that was continually disconnecting.Once I had the new modem installed it would not connect.(The DSL-2320B is configured by using your browser)So I called tech help and after a lot of configuring of IP addresses, etc., I was put on hold for advanced technical help.So I hung up.If I should ever have to reload Windows at some point, then I'll need technical help every time to configure my modem? B.S. My old modem configured by plugging the wires in to it, and clicking connect.Why not this one?Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy another brand.(Ignore the star rating)
