Pros:

Input/Output compatibility, Keyboard/peripherals, Video card, Warranty, Support

I feel that the Lenovo service has been the best I have ever seen. They are the first computer company that I have used that stands by there product 100%. I will always buy a Lenovo for my business just because of that.

W500 is reliable


Pros:

Processor, Memory, Storage, Input/Output compatibility, Keyboard/peripherals, Wireless card, Display resolution, Screen size, Display performance, Video card, Bluetooth, Included software, Software compatibility
Cons: Weight, Battery

Bought my W500 in Dec. 2008. In the whole I am satisfiey with it. Especially I like the changeable display card and its excellent temperature control. Now I am using it with integrated display card with room temperature 30℃, the integer temperature of W500 is around 38-42℃.

Very unhappy with Lenovo purchase. This was my first experience and will be my last.
