Awesome Product

Pros:

Processor, Wireless card, Video card, Battery, Durability, Security Features, Build Quality
Cons: Storage, Display resolution, Screen size, Included Software

I just purchased and received this product recently, and I love it. This is a great laptop for my engineering classes in college. The switchable graphics functions will let me pick between performance or battery life with a couple clicks of my mouse.

The only problem that I find with this is that I chose the standard wxga resolution and I kind of regret that. There is minor flexing on the left side of the keyboard (thats if i push down really hard), but it is not noticably when typing.

Other options? Hmm...I first thought this looked really ugly but when I opened it the simplicity made me think that it was pretty cool.

T500

Pros:

Processor, Memory, Storage, Input/Output compatibility, Keyboard/peripherals, Wireless card, Display resolution, Screen size, Display performance, Video card, Bluetooth, Weight, Battery, Software compatibility, Durability, Warranty, Support, Security Features, Build Quality
Cons: Included Software, too many extra applets

Bought for my wife. Excellent build quality.

Had early lockup issues with Vista Business (wife thought it was the laptop misbehaving), but laptop is solid after removing some of the pre installed SW.
Purchased the LED back light version, excellent call, wife can sit outside and actually used her laptop...
The only negative I can say, is that i wish, that I could have gotten a clean build of Vista, and then put on software, as opposed to the opposite. Starting with bloat and then uninstalling...

Lenovo has kept the thinkpad tradition in its remarkable position. Model after model, the thinkpad t series keeps its good look, sturdy built, and paramount performance. Important also to say that lenovo always disponibilizes the newest technologies, such as DDR3 memory, and solid state drives.
