Perfect for Me

Pros:

Processor, Memory, Storage, Input/Output compatibility, Keyboard/peripherals, Display resolution, Screen size, Display performance, Video card, Bluetooth, Weight, Battery, Included software, Durability, Warranty, Support, Security Features, Build Quality
Cons: Wireless card, Software compatibility

The only three complaints I have are, installing alternate operating systems is a pain, the glossy lid shows a lot of fingerprints, and the wireless card has less range than my Hp dv4000. Aside from that, it is worth the money. The keyboard and Ultranav are awesome, and everything has been properly designed. It runs so cool you think you have a book on you instead of a computer. If you're looking for a computer for under $500, get one of these.

first laptop

Pros:

Keyboard/peripherals, Wireless card, Display resolution, Screen size, Display performance, Included software, Software compatibility, Durability
Cons: it takes a few minutes to boot up or shut down, longer battery run-time for the standard battery

I need to go to my local internet cafe to access high speed service as I only have dial up available at my house. This laptop is a bit heavy compared to the little netbooks, but I wouldn't give up the large screen. It would be very convenient to have a quick shutdown button, because this computer seems to take a little longer to boot up and shut down. This is a rugged laptop. Its been dropped from a couple feet up, and I haven't noticed any damage. I would have liked a battery with a bit longer run time without having to pay extra. I have two relatives with Dell computers who have a longer run-time with their standard (included in the sale price) batteries.
