I purchased this unit 2 weeks ago and have had no problems none whatsoever! I have always purchased HP as my number one computer supplier, My first computer was a PACKARD BELL,and I wound up giving it away,talk about quality!!! I would say this is the "CADILLAC" of all notebooks!!!
