This is one of the best and most versatile laptops I have ever owned. It comes with standard features that are only available as premium options on other brands/companies. The laptop is also stylish and quite contemporary in looks. And with all this there is no compromise on performance, ease of use and comfort. Multiple programs open and work without slightest clue slowness.
Another BIG plus in buying a laptop from HP is their customer service and return policies that are unmatched by anyone else in the industry. Other companies charge you re-stocking fee or mailing fees if you ever return their laptop. I bought two laptops from HP that I did not like because of the glossy keyboards on them and HP took them back without any issues and therefore encouraged me to keep coming back to them for my ultimate purchase.
The dv3z is very nice.... well worth every penny! The backlit keyboard is a must have option. It is stylish and performs great. I looked around and priced other computers and this is the best buy on a 13" and HP.COM is the place to buy it. It was built and delivered very fast. Support was also impressive. Thanks HP!
Just received mine yesterday and love it, extremely fast free shipping and the machine is just terrific, lightweight and the backlit keyboard is a must. Very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend.
