HP Pavilion dv5t Special Edition Customizable Notebook PC

The HP Pavilion dv5t Special Edition is an excellent laptop. The performance is through the roof; I have had mine for two weeks now and have had several programs running at once without it ever slowing down. You can customize it with the highest quality parts and when doing so they gave me a free double memory upgrade from 2gb to 4gb. When customizing mine it ended up coming to 945$ which is the best bang for your buck around, I saved close to 240$. If you go to any other website to customize a model like this for this amount of money your crazy. I love the design of the ports HP put into this the 3 USB and 2 headphones are great for anything you want to do. This is my first time with windows visa which I was a little skeptical getting because of all the problems I have herd with it, but I love it now there are so many features that make my computing much easier. The battery life is pretty good I upgraded to the high capacity battery and get about 3 hours of life, which isn’t anything to special, compared to some other brands. I also find the computer to get very worm with extensive use. Also the glossy keyboard takes some time getting used to but it looks great. Other then the sometimes overheating and the feel of this keyboard the design is great. Do yourself a favor and buy this laptop you won’t be disappointed.

I am a full time online college student going to school for a degree in Information Technology/Networking and I am online at least 20 hours a week. This laptop is perfect for online college work. I use a lot of different applications and it handles them all perfectly. I doesn't have a dedicated graphics card so hardcore gaming isn't a possibility. Not a big deal since I bought it for college to do college work. You can't go wrong if you are a student and need a good laptop for school. Seriously, buy this laptop!

Nice, Clean look. hardware and the way its built is great. Hp did great with this model, the many ports are useful, such as the three usb ports and two headphones. The LCD is clean and clear. Yy customized dv5tse with 7200 rpm runs fast and smooth. I am a College bound student, and this laptop is great for students or anyone who needs an all round use laptop.
