Poor Sound

I am a HP fan. I own several HP Laptops. Great Processor and performance but very poor speakers. If you are going to tout this as an entertainment pc it should be able to produce sound you can hear. I have an older model pavilion that is smaller and has twice the sound as this model.

Keyboard a major issue

This is a nice, light package with a good display. But they keyboard and mousepad is remarkably poor - a drastic change from past HP notebooks that I have purchased. The mouse buttons below the touchpad are so stiff that they are difficult to press. A few minutes of operation produces a sore thumb. And the touch pad is subject to random clicks.
