I'd have to say I'm very impressed with this notebook.. and the fact I can load, play and send to projectors HD quality video. It is for sure worth adding the 2gb Module memory for all of you who bought this when it 1st came out. Makes a world of difference in speed thats for sure.
The only con is that I wish you could disable the touch pad if you are using a mouse.
I absolutely love this computer!!! I customized mine with Win 7, 2gb RAM, and external optical Lightscribe drive, while everything else is standard. I just received it yesterday, and so far there seems to be no problems, except for the trackpad. It's too close to the keyboard, and when I type the cursor moves a lot. This laptop is very light, and that makes me happy because it doesn't take up too much room and since I weigh between 85-95 lbs it's easy for me to carry. I am a Junior in college and with this laptop, along with my HP Touchsmart PC, I have all the tools I need to do well in school. Buy this laptop and I promise you won't be disappointed!!
I have this machine now for approximately 2 mos and really like it. I do alot of work outside the home and also use it in the car. If you are like me and need ultimate portability but are afraid of loosing the power of a full size notebook this is it. It can handle more than the usual netbooks, IE: Full windows 7 and ram to 3GB, and NVidia ION (turbo charged). Purely simple King of the netbooks. You will not be dissapointed.
