I replaced another HP that was stolen. I was determined to do away with the laptop/desktop/netbook. I am very happy with the ease of set up, the perfect keyboard and the separate numeric keypad. This laptop is nothing short of amazing for the price. It is user friendly and the screen size is awesome. I do not find it at all heavy as some of the other users and I am a 115 lb woman. It does need it's own carrying case though.

Amazing product

I had it for about 6 weeks and I like for these reasons,it is quite easy to set up. the speed is what I expected. To me it is like having a portable desktop, it is very easy to carry around and it stays cool. I purchased a HP printer about 6 years ago which still works great ( HP7400 all in one), and this laptop seems to be built the same way. I truly enjoy using it. I would highly recommended this to my firiends or any student who needs a high quality laptop. The reason I said tough in the title, my laptop was drop and I just knew is was done but it booted up and it worked like nothing had happen. I see that I have invested in a high quality well-made laptop.

This is my first HP and I am very happy! It is sturdy and the full keyboard makes it easy to type and quiet. I tend to pound on the keys and this still doesnt give me the feeling that it will cave in like my old laptop. HP customer service rocks too! The laptop is not loud nor does it run hot like other laptops. I leave it on for hours at a time and it never overheats and burns my legs like my old laptop. Great buy!
