Great laptop at a great price

Firstly I would like to point out that I'm happy that HP participates in the student program to give college students a discount on all their products. To describe this computer would be that it was a great deal before I even got the discount, and it contained everything that I needed. I use this computer for internet, email, remote desktop and diagnostics for other people. (I'm a tech person and do it for a living so I needed something with decent power for a very nice price). I don't use this computer for gaming nor do I intend to so I cannot give a description of how it will work. What I do find is that it starts fast, runs what I need and already came pre-installed with Norton all I had to do was enter my code, and then install Microsoft Office. Way less work then finding all my other down loadable software to install. The laptop doesn't give off that much heat nor does it sound that loud in a quiet room. It's pretty light too. It's a little annoying because the keys aren't back-lit but I don't use laptops in pitch black, it just kills my eyes. Another great idea was having a button for the wireless with a very obvious on or off color right near the power button prevents you from accidentally sliding the button off and struggling to figure out why the Internets dead. (this happens way more than you think, about half the cases with internet are due to the person sliding or tapping the wireless on/off button). The touch pad can also be turned off and the caps, num lock have a little light near the button to show that its on, which I thought was pretty neat. I also love the fact that there are no plugs on the back of the computer. It's alot easier to just plug into the sides since I like to let have the thing sit on my lap when I type. I would recommend HP laptops because of the great craftsmanship and great features for a decent price.

Fun Laptop

I love this labtop, got it at a great price. I was amazed with everything i got at the price, webcam, 4gbs, windows 7, love it, great for itunes, games and schoolwork.
