Got two. The first I got was flawless in appearance, but the hard drive was going bad. Tiger was very easy to work with in the return. The second I got had been seen its better days in terms of appearance and had some bad pixels on the display. Again, Tiger was great to work with on the return. I am shopping for something else at this point. Might be a bad batch.

I shopped around for quite a while, looking at netbooks and notebooks, and I just could not pass this one up. My biggest problem with the netbooks was trying to work on a 1024x600 screen. Even my old Fujitsu P2040 800MHz Crusoe could do 1280x768. This one will do 1280x800 on a 14.1 screen and it looks pretty good.Anyway, for the price of a netbook, I got a bigger screen, capability to handle up to 4GB of memory, DVD, and XP Pro.The quality is what you would expect from a business class machine. There are not a lot of bells and whistles but it just feels solid.

This is a great value for the money, the laptop itself is a feature packed unit, HOWEVER, be warned that if it has a problem you have to send the entire unit back for a replacement. Quality checks on these are obviously limited at best as the one I received had a defective battery and a flakey keyboard. I had spent 4 hours getting the unit configured to my liking only to have support tell me I need to send it back because they couldn't just ship me a battery. I ended up buying a new battery which added to the cost of the laptop, so it didn't end up being such a good deal for me. Great laptop, bad policies.
