Great sound, sexy system, decent base (for a 2.1). The only issue I have is my system is now 4 days old and the touch mute no longer works. The Pod hasn't been dropped or rough handled is just stopped working. Anyone know what happened? And tips?

Much clearer response and balance at any volume than any other PC speakers I've heard; you can still hear everything clearly at low volume as well as pumped loudly with no distortion. Not sure about previous reviewer, but the bass is quite loud if you wish it to be, I usually find half-volume on the subwoofer control to be more than sufficient. Yes they are pricey but compared to other expensive speakers I've had these are far more accurate and generate no discernable background noise at high volumes which is inportant for my home recording. Worth every penny.

These speakers are amazingly clear and SEXY. The puck control pod is touch on and off which is kind of annoying since you touch it when you change the volume. I have bought alot of 2.1 systems and these, by far, have the CLEAREST sound. Base is kinda weak but good if you're not planning on becoming deaf. So yes its expensive and i found out its 96 watts but i'm not sure is thats RMS or peak. So for movie and games this is a good set but if you want kicking bass for your rap songs get something else which will for sure be cheaper. just remember. BOSE is expensive for a reason
