It's about the size of a coffee grinder and has only a few buttons, but it does a great job reviving old 35mm slides and negatives. I had some old slides laying around -- some faded from over 60 years of collecting dust -- and this little device pulled all the details right off of them, producing a vibrant digital image. If you need to make adjustments, just use your favorite photo-editing software to make them. This little device does the basic job of getting them in your computer. But be aware that it scans them to the (included) SD card, which must then be read by your computer if you want to do anything more with them. In other words, it doesn't scan the images directly into your PC. Other than that, it works great.
This cute little gadget does everything it says it will do, very fast and easy, and inexpensive. My relatives are bringing their old slides over for me to convert (should buy their own!)and we're having a lot of fun with it.
I received this yesterday and started using it right away. I've converted both negative and 35 mm slides to pics. It's very quick and very easy to use.I'd definitely recommend this to anyone!
