I purchased one of these for my father for Christmas. Easy to install and easy to use, even for someone who can be somewhat technologically challenged, like my father. I would highly recommend this card reader. As always, TigerDirect offers great prices on great products!

Nice form factor, easy to instal but too many mistakes on the cards. It also does not work on my Mac! Am returning it and switching to the Featured Product: Iriscard pro (PC AND Mac! compatible). I guess I should have paid more attention as to why it happens to be the featured product!

This product is shown to come with ACT! 2007 database software, and it doesn't. I have ACT! 2000, but the scanner won't interface to that software. If you try to export to a CSV file, it will not export critical information such as addresses, City, State, or fax number. Pretty useless.The technical help is a joke. The online chat help took 45 minutes of ''chatting'' to resolve that the company no longer provides ACT! 2007, that it won't work with earlier versions of ACT! and they don't know if it can export a CSV file that can be imported by earlier versions.Do yourself a favor and buy a different product.
