I purchased this scanner in June of '08. The software was easy to install and it worked like a charm for two months. Since September I have returned the scanner twice to the manufacturer. Each time, it has come back only to work intermittently or not at all. Yes, I've tried hooking it to several computers. Plustek's technical support was very easy to get a hold of and they didn't give me any trouble about the second RMA. However, I'm so fed up at this point I've giving up and buying a different sheet fed scanner. I wouldn't buy another Plustek scanner.
