I love this scanner!I scanned negatives that are 40 years old & I will just say''amazing!'' I have scanned up to 40 negatives at a time!The scanner is a wonderful addition to my pc center! I would definitely recommend, and I would purchase again. For the price you can't do better!

I've been using this to scan over 5000 slides. I am pleased with the quality of the scans. However, I have had repeated errors in the communications between the scanner and my PC. It doesn't save the document until after you've completed all your scanning, so if you get an error mid-stream, you lose all the files. I've lost over 450 images through these errors, which amounts to about 5 hours of work (plus over an hour with HP Tech support, which was not helpful at all). I don't think I'd buy this product again!

I gave it 5 stars for the video. You can't go wrong with an item that has a video. At least I haven't yet. Please keep the videos coming. I'm really lost without them. The video shows the software lightyears ahead of my scanner.
