I ordered this scanner because it looked so easy and portable. When I tried to use it it would not work at all. I called tech support who told me it only works with a 32 bit system and I have a 64 bit system. I cannot find anywhere in this advertisement where it tells me that. I spent at least three hours trying to get it to work. I am a very unhappy customer.
