Great product. I have no problem whatsoever with the screen. Works great. planning on getting 2 more for the office. Tigerdirect is always filled with good deals. everybody at the office loved it even the CEO. The only thing is that i wished i could get deals or gifts here and there whenever shopping at tigerdirect for being a regular customer

Very impressed. All is as expected. Perfect for low budget screen for home or office. Another winning product from TigerDirect. The only problem that really anyone should have with this product is with the shipper

This screen is absolute junk. Got it mounted and pulled it down and it would not go up. The fix was to pull it apart and jam a small screw into the end by the tensioner. Now it works but I can see the plastic ends getting ready to break, rendering the screen useless.
