The printer works great until it breaks. Then, you cannot get any support from Brother's tech support. After spending over 2 hours with them, they didn't know how to fix the printer or offered to help. They just kept running through the same ''checks'' over and over again. The printer is a nice printer, but tech support is horrible.

This MFC is a well made easy to use printer/scanner/fax. The print quality is very good, scanning is quick and easy. The software included is also very easy to use. The only problem I had was after installing the unit the scanner would not work from the control center. I called Brother and their support person was very helpful and the problem was resolved in about 10 minutes. They had me download a small program that corrected a registry problem caused by another scanner that had been on my system prior to the Brother.
