I would never buy a coolmax products again. My CUG-950B went out a little after 30 days of use. I have used Coolmax for years and never had any problems. Once i found out how long it takes for a replacement, I am done with them. I sent out the bad unit second day frieght, cost me over $20.00. And heres the reply i got from them almost a month later (We apologize for the delays. Your replacement should ship out today or tomorrow.) I still have not received it yet. So i went out and bought a corsair. I hope no one else has this happen to them. I had a new $3,000 pc sitting on my desk powerless for allmost a month waiting for my replacement. Very sad. i will post any updates if or when I receive my replacement.
