Summary

Dynatron's P199 cooler is primarily intended for use in Intelbased servers but it is also able to provide a low profile cooling solution for other Intelbased CPUs. The variable speed 80mm fan moves 15CFM of air at its full 5000RPM with a 49.8dBA noise level. It can also be set to run at lower speeds with a reduced sound signature. The attached heat sink is only 2mm wider than the fan and its allcopper construction efficiently draws heat away from the CPU for diffusion on the copper cooling vanes. The P199 is compliant with the EU's RoHS standards for reduced hazardous material in construction making it more earthfriendly. In addition to supporting a wide variety of processors it supports 130W chips. The entire unit is only 2mm wider than the 80mm fan and has an overall height of 28.5mm making it able to fit into tight locations in order to maintain stable processor operations and prolong the life of the CPU.
