Can't rate it yet. I received the camera on a Friday afternoon. The printed instructions were so small you need a rabbit's eye sight to read them. I was able to figure it out except I had 1 technical question. Called the tech support and the guy that answered was of NO USE AT ALL. I asked the question, his reply was ''Well its 4:30 and I can't help you. Everybody is gone''. Why in the hell did he answer the phone? I think I could have gotten the same response from a monkey. I called back again on Monday and was transferred to 4 different people before I found someone that could answer my question. First call to tech support was a bad one. That alone tells a lot about the company or at least the employees that work for them. Am I glad I didnt buy a high dollar one. This was just basically a test to see if I could use this product and what kind of customer service I could get. Don't think I will deal with this company again. Will spend mpore money with a better company. BE WARE!!!!!!
Works great! simple to install, clear images, can connect it to computer or recording device (VCR/DVR) in a minute.battery time is low, 9V battery lasts approximately one day, but supplied power cord has decent length to reach most places. camera is so small its almost unnoticible even when not hidden, and the autofocus was a nice bonus.buying 5 more of these for my workplace today.
